CRT Monitor condition designation - Grade C

 

 

Grade C used monitor - is the designation for a used monitor that is in "poor" working condition and has cosmetic and technical issues. Monitors may have date codes 94+.

- Monitor passed visual inspection/power-on test

- Monitor may be missing required equipment that is supplied for test. Example A/C adapter, video cable, etc.

- Monitor may have major cosmetic and/or case damage.

- Monitor may have a noticeable degree of screen burn.

- May have major scratches/nicks (more than an inch or more than one nick on the case).

- Monitor may be discolored. Uniform yellowing and/or discoloration (minor yellowing).

- May have major crack - More than an inch and doesn't open and close to normal use.

- Monitor is most likely a dual voltage monitor. Dates 94+

- Monitor may be missing plastics: control panel cover, Base/Stand, etc.

Generally our Grade C used monitors are a Tier 1 product, such as IBM, Dell, Compaq, HP, Sony, etc. 17" Grade B monitors are packed high as we are attempting fill the container to its maximum capacity 95%+.
The monitors are palletized face down on cardboard, and each layer is separated by cardboard. Then the pallet is shrink wrapped. We can fit 16 pallets x 45 17", 16 x 60 15", 16 x 30 19-21", Grade B monitors  per 40ft high cube container. Shipping prices can range from 2000-4000 USD for a 40ft and take approx. 30-40 days shipping time. Lead time to prepare an order is approximately 1-2 weeks.
