Grade A used monitor - is the designation for a used monitor that is in
"excellent" condition.
- Monitor passed visual inspection/power-on test, meets customer request for
additional testing and passes the additional resolution test.
- Monitor is complete and not missing any required equipment and/or plastics
- Monitor may have minor scratch, less than one inch.
- Monitor must have no screen burn, yellowing, or cosmetic damage.
Minor scratches on the casing are acceptable, and it may have some stickers
on the case. For a 17" Grade A it must be a dual volt monitor and have a
date code newer than 1999
The monitor must be complete with its base and front panel. The monitor is
checked for adequate Screen brightness, contrast resolution, and color
display. Generally out Grade A used monitors are a Tier 1 product, such as
IBM, Dell, Compaq, HP, Sony, etc. 17" Grade A monitors are packed 24 to a
pallet, 15" x 45 per pallet, 19-21" x 18 per pallet, as this is the safest way to ship them long distances
and over bad roads. Other packing arrangements can be requested.
The monitors are palletized face down on cardboard, and each layer is
separated by cardboard and bubblewrap. The pallet is then shrink wrapped all
around. We can fit 20 pallets of monitors per 40ft
container. Shipping prices can range from approx. 2000-4000 USD for a 40ft and take
approx. 30-40 days shipping time. Lead time to prepare an order is
usually 1-2 weeks.
